Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is tailored to each individual job but typical elements may include:

Face to face interviews (or via phone if required)

If you are short-listed you will be asked to attend an interview. We will use the interview to determine if you are fit for the role and RPC. We will ask you to provide examples of how you meet the criteria of the position you are applying for. You will need to be specific in your answers – talk about a situation you have faced in a previous role, what you did and the result.

Reference checks

You will need to provide at least two referees who we can contact by phone, preferably your direct manager or supervisor. We will only contact these referees after you have given us permission to do so.

Psychometric testing

We will let you know if you are required to complete psychometric testing. These assessments could consist of a number of different components including verbal, numerical and/or abstract. This will help us assess your suitability for the role.

Pre-employment medical

All positions require a pre-employment medical to ensure you are capable of performing the position you have applied for.

Validation of certificates

You will need to bring your original certificates to the interview so we can check them and make a copy for our records.

Employment offer

We will call you after the interview process is complete to let you know if you have been successful.
