RPC Business Development team comes together | 10.02.2025

Last week, the RPC Business Development team came together from Australia and Singapore for the bi-annual off-site planning conference focused on targeting key opportunities, process improvements and our strategy for win conversions.

The team explored opportunities across our businesses in Transport, Defence, Infrastructure, Water & Wastewater and Asset Services sectors to align our approach to our customers’ needs and industry trends.
Forthright, fearless and robust (and sometimes quite amusing!) discussions centred on leveraging RPC’s 50-years of outstanding engineering and manufacturing capability. Existing and potential projects were examined so we continue to provide seamless service and innovative solutions to our customers.

The meeting provided a valuable forum for collaboration, planning and priority refinement, and knowledge-sharing, reinforcing our commitment to delivering innovative solutions as an energetic, unified team.
The two-day conference also gives the BD team a chance to get together socially and share conversations about life outside of the office – an important part of our working lives that ensures we feel connected. We also welcomed Mina Karagikas – RPC’s new Bid/Business Development Manager- Infrastructure, to her first off-site session.
