Azzurro Puretta:

The product is designed to provide efficient, inexpensive treatment of odours released from sewer manholes, pump station wells and smaller wastewater treatment plants. The Puretta range utilises the same Spacious Wire Pac [SWP] media used in Azzuro’s larger Bio-trickling Filters that have proved extremely effective in treating odour for Melbourne Water, Sydney Water, at Gippsland Water Factory and at many other locations around the world.

  • Automatic water irrigation and humidification maintain the optimum environment for biological activity.

Azzurro Torrenta:

Designed to provide efficient, cost effective odour removal for large sewage pump stations and wastewater treatment plants.

The Torrenta range of Bio-trickling filters utilises Azzuro’s patented Spacious Wire Pac [SWP] media. This highly effective structured media has been developed exclusively by Azzuro and represents a significant breakthrough in the evolution of media for biological odour treatment.

 

Advantages:

  • Single pass irrigation system.
  • Eliminates the requirement for recirculation [start up only].
  • Significantly reduces instrumentation requirement resulting in smaller, control panels.
  • Simplifies PLC programming.
  • Automatic bed irrigation and air humidification maintains the optimum environment for biological removal of air stream contaminants
  • Continuous reliable operation; minimal maintenance is required.
