19 Jan RPC Group Business Development team meeting – 19.1.2024
The RPC Group Business Development team convened in Sydney this week to kick-off the 2024 CY with a planning meeting, discussing current and new projects and strategies.
Collaborative discussions centred around identifying market conditions and opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and refining product offerings across our portfolio of Defence, Water & Wastewater, Transport, Mining and Asset Services.
It was great to see the team deep-dive into their collective expertise to map out a unified approach, and explore some innovative ideas to win and implement new projects.
The team, from Australia and South-East Asia, concluded the meeting feeling inspired and excited to meet the wide-range of opportunities in the coming year.
