RPC’s Seven Hills facility undertakes the fabrication and sustainment work
for ballistic curtains (spall liners) for the Australian Army Bushmaster, fabrication and support services for Army’s Enhanced Gap Crossing Capabilities Assets and servicing of specialist vehicles for the Department of Defence.

RPC’s purpose-built flagship facility was built in 2010 and provides significant additional capacity to the RPC Group.
Established specifically to cater to the needs of our clients across the Rail, Infrastructure, Pipeline Systems and Defence sectors.
Capabilities:
RPC Broadmeadow was acquired in 2004 as a complementary adjunct to the existing RPC operations. It has a substantial engineering group covering the disciplines of mechanical and electrical engineering, materials science, and industrial design, along with associated state-of-the-art design and testing equipment.
Business development, project management and other business-related services for the Transport and PCM operations are also located at this facility.
The Batam, Indonesia facility is conveniently located just 40 minutes by fast ferry from Singapore and is the largest of our production facilities.
Operating under expatriate management, the facility is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 and operates in accordance with Australian management and operating systems.
RPC has been manufacturing in India since 2019, building over five years of experience and expertise. Recognising future opportunities in the growing Composites market, particularly in the Rail sector, RPC has established an expanded standalone facility that has been operational since October 2025.
