For more than 40-years, Permaglass® Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) pipe systems have delivered dependable performance across Australia and international markets in challenging groundwater environments. Manufactured by RPC to Australian Standards and rigorously tested, Permaglass® combines exceptional strength, low weight and lasting corrosion resistance.
Permaglass® Bore Casing
Protect groundwater bores with casing engineered to outperform conventional materials in aggressive, corrosive and warm conditions up to 100°C. Lightweight construction simplifies handling, while the Kwik-Lok jointing system supports fast, straightforward installation. The locking wire can be supplied in Stainless Steel or Engineered to Plastics to suit the environment and plans for the bore. With diameters of up to 600mm and a high external-collapse rating, Permaglass® Bore Casing is built for deep installations exceeding 600.
Slotted Permaglass® Bore Casing is also available, with precision-machined slots distributed evenly along its length. Typical open-area options range from 0–4% to suit specific installation requirements and can reach up to 8% if required.
Permaglass® Pump Column
A rigid, non-corrosive rising main engineered for reliable submersible pump installations. Permaglass® Pump Column (75NB-250NB) combines low weight with high strength for easier handling and installation, while anti-torque, non-rotating Kwik-Lok joints create secure connections. Choose the Standard range for depths up to 200 m or Heavy Duty for depths up to 350m.
