RPC Business Development Bi-Annual Conference

RPC Business Development Bi-Annual Conference

Last week, the RPC Business Development team gathered from across Australia and Singapore for our bi-annual off-site planning conference, which focused on enhancing processes and refining our strategy for converting wins.

The team explored opportunities within OneRPC and across our sectors, including Transport, Defence, Infrastructure, Water & Wastewater, and Asset Services. Our goal was to align our approach with customer needs and emerging industry trends.

Over the course of two days, we engaged in open and often humorous discussions centred around leveraging RPC’s 50 years of exceptional engineering and manufacturing expertise. A key theme was modernisation; as industry trends shift, we are eager to evolve with them.

The two-day conference provided a valuable opportunity for collaboration, planning, and knowledge sharing. It reinforced our commitment to delivering innovative solutions as a cohesive and dynamic team.

In addition to work-related activities, the event allowed the BD team to connect socially and engage in conversations about life outside the office, which is essential for building strong team bonds.

We were also excited to welcome John Cottis, RPC’s new Business Development Manager for Defence, to his first off-site session, as well as celebrate Tori Wilcox, who was recently promoted to a Marketing Officer Role.
