Graduates and placements
RPC has a long-standing collaboration with the University of Newcastle, UNSW, University of Technology Sydney and Deakin University — with facility visits, student projects and vocational placements. Our placement-to-employment conversion rate in the past year was 100%.

Development
In support of fostering excellence, innovation and collaboration, RPC has established a Technical Development Centre in our Newcastle plant. RPC is actively involved in mentoring and training young Australians with the aim of building professionals who make world-class excellence and innovation a part of their everyday work ethic.
We host GLAM (Girls Leading Advanced Manufacturing) tours at Corio with the Geelong Manufacturing Council, and partner with The Gordon TAFE.

Long service is part of who we are — in 2024 our Batam team recognised 33 staff at 15 years and 28 staff at 20 years.
