Head office, engineering design and project management; specialty metal fabrication and Defence sustainment workshop.

The Seven Hills office comprises the major functions of senior administration, business development, engineering design and drafting, sales, and project management for the infrastructure, environment and defence operations.

RPC's Seven Hills facility undertakes the fabrication and sustainment work for ballistic curtains (spall liners) for the Australian Army Bushmaster, fabrication and support services for Army's Enhanced Gap Crossing Capabilities Assets and servicing of specialist vehicles for the Department of Defence.

Metal fabrication

With more than 50 years' experience manufacturing and supplying the Defence, Water and Wastewater and Rail sectors, RPC's Seven Hills (NSW) facility can also provide additional manufacturing and engineering capability for all custom and complex metal fabrication requirements for any industry, nationally and internationally.

RPC can assist with one-off projects, repeat projects, or Through Life Support. No job is too big or too small. Our dedicated specialty fabrication team can provide clients with a complete turnkey service.

  • Complete assemblies utilising special alloys
  • All grades of aluminium and stainless steel, including SAF 2205 and 2507
  • Aluminium in 5000, 6000 and 7000 series
  • Mild and high-strength steels; low alloy and Bisalloy steels
  • Passivation after fabrication
  • Blasting using grit or garnet, subject to job size
  • Painting of steelwork with basic paints through to polyurethane and non-skid surfaces

Technical hub and test laboratory; Transport manufacturing, mock-ups, seating, lighting assembly, toilet modules; MVD products.

RPC Broadmeadow was acquired in 2004 as a complementary adjunct to the existing RPC operations. It has a substantial engineering group covering the disciplines of mechanical and electrical engineering, materials science, and industrial design, along with associated state-of-the-art design and testing equipment.

Business development, project management and other business-related services for the Transport and PCM operations are also located at this facility.

Flagship composites plant built in 2010; filament winding including large-diameter shafts, infusion, rail front ends and seat assembly.

RPC's purpose-built flagship facility was built in 2010 and provides significant additional capacity to the RPC Group, established specifically to cater to the needs of our clients across the Rail, Infrastructure, Pipeline Systems and Defence sectors.

The facility boasts an expansive, temperature-controlled factory fully equipped with a wide range of equipment.

Our largest production facility; pipes, tanks, covers, shaft segments, rail components, CNC tooling and 3D scanning.

The Batam, Indonesia facility is conveniently located just 40 minutes by fast ferry from Singapore and is the largest of our production facilities — a permanent, integrated manufacturing base serving the whole RPC Group, with large-scale capacity close to Southeast Asian projects.

The facility is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 and operates in accordance with Australian management and operating systems. In 2026 it achieved "Qualified" status in an international customer's full supply-chain assessment, with a score of 96% and zero major observations.

Batam makes filament wound pipe for water and sewer works, power station cooling water, desalination intakes and outfalls, chemical process piping and bore casing; sewage treatment plant covers, ducting and odour control units; CNC-cut tooling; architectural panels; train, bus and truck panels and interiors.

Rail, mobility and industrial composites; expanded standalone facility operating since October 2025.

RPC has been manufacturing in India since 2019. Recognising future opportunities in the growing Composites market, particularly in the Rail sector, RPC has established an expanded standalone facility that has been operational since October 2025.

This expansion strengthens RPC's ability to deliver high-performance composite solutions to customers across India's Rail, Mobility, and Industrial sectors, including front ends for RRTS/MTRS for India, as well as the Sydney Metro and Montreal REM projects.
