RPC brings together a powerful mix of engineering talent. Through collaboration and innovation, our teams are shaping the next generation of durable, high-performance solutions.

The Composite Australia Sept issue reflected on the strength of RPC’s engineering capability, highlighting Simon Karpeles, Head of Engineering Infrastructure and Virginie Murphy, Head of Engineering Transport and Defence. The article outlined the precision, creativity, and collaboration to every project. Alongside them, Leigh Spencer, Technical Service Manager, has led materials R&D, laboratory development, and the mentoring of engineering talent for over two decades.

With around 30% of our workforce holding engineering degrees, RPC’s strength lies in the collective knowledge and experience of its people. Our customers rely on us to tackle and solve the most complex engineering challenges their projects present. We pride ourselves on meeting those challenges and delivering exceptional bespoke solutions. Often stretching previous boundaries and creating world first solutions.

For more than 50-years, we’ve built our reputation on engineering excellence, advancing composite technologies across Infrastructure, Defence, Transport, Mining, and Asset Services.
