In September, the RPC leaders gathered for a two-day Growth and Strategy Session. The purpose of this session was to align our current and future strategic priorities beyond our daily operations.
These sessions generated renewed energy, alignment, and a commitment to serving our customers while continuing to build a unified RPC and reinforcing the culture of OneRPC.
Our Vision, Mission, and Values form the foundation of this culture, establishing expectations for behaviour and decision-making. They help align our teams and shape our identity. Together, these elements guide what we do and how we collaborate, ensuring our strategic direction closely ties to serving our markets and strengthening our capabilities for the future.
